$250,000 – Young Woman Sexually Harassed by Supervisor at Government Agency

Plaintiff alleged that she was sexually harassed by her supervisor. The sexual harassment included sexual touching and cornering Plaintiff in her work space and not allowing Plaintiff to get away from perpetrator’s sexual advances.
Defendant perpetrator denied his conduct but Winer, McKenna, Burritt & Tillis LLP, through discovery, provided evidence that Plaintiff’s version of events was likely accurate and credible.

RESULT: $250,000 settlement on behalf of Plaintiff.
