Two young women were harassed by their boss: frequent lewd sexual comments and inappropriate touching. Complaints to other managers went unaddressed. When one of the women then complained to Human Resources, she was fired.
Winer, McKenna & Burritt filed suit, and extensively litigated the matter through requests for documents, depositions of numerous company personnel and eventually bringing the company to the settlement table at mediation.
